New Merchandise Form
New NHW Merchandise Form
To reflect changes in cheque processing requirements, a new NHW Merchandise Order form has been produced. This form is used when purchasing official NHW merchandise and should not be confused with the NHW requisition form which remains unchanged. This new form has been forwarded to all NHW areas with this edition of the State newsletter and can also be obtained by contacting the State Office on 3234 2104 or your local District Crime Prevention Coordinator. The new form will also be updated on the NHW Internet site at www.police.qld.gov.au/nhw in the very near future.
