Skateboard Engraving
On the 17th December 2006 NHW Shoal Point and Bucasia and police held an awareness day at Hibiscus shopping centre, where members of the committee were able to introduce themselves to Sunday shoppers. Free engraving was offered to cyclists and skateboarders who frequent the centre which has a skate bowl near by.

Australia Day Photo - Display
Barry Bullus is the area coordinator for NHW Bargara 4 which is in the Port Bundaberg area. Barry set up this display on Australia Day using the NHW tent and assorted displays, and as a result had numerous inquiries relating to the NHW program.
