Round the Globe Council create ‘mobile Neighbourhood Watch’ scheme South Gloucestershire Council staff are to act as mobile Neighbourhood Watch representatives.
The council’s Street Care team, which has many frontline staff carrying out duties around the district, has agreed to watch for criminal or anti-social behaviour when they are out and about.

Office of Fair Trading The Office of Fair Trading has joined 17 government agencies to form the Australasian Consumer Fraud Taskforce whose aim is to work together to reduce the incidence and impact of frauds and scams, and to create a yearly co-ordinated information campaign to protect consumers from falling victim to scams.

NHW Contract Signing Recently representatives from the new sponsor of the NHW Program, the REIQ met with the QPS Senior Executive to formalise the 3 year sponsorship agreement. Included in this ceremony was an official signing of the contract and the cutting of a special ‘sponsorship’ cake.
