Person History
A Person History is a record of all charges that have been preferred against a person by officers of the Queensland Police Service. It also contains Queensland cautions and community conference and youth justice agreements under the Juvenile Justice Act 1992. It does not contain charges that have been preferred outside of Queensland.
A Person History is only provided to the person to whom it relates. A person wishing to apply for their Person History can obtain information on identification requirements, current fee, and other issues relating to the application by contacting the Police Information Centre on:
