The services delivered by the QPS were identified in the strategic plan as outputs. To enhance the safety and security of the community, the QPS identified a range of service delivery strategies that support the outputs in the QPS Strategic Plan 2008–2012.

In the next section we review what has been achieved under each of these outputs—including our achievements funded and detailed in the 2008–09 Service Delivery Statement.
