Cultural Support Unit

Cultural Advisory Unit Cultural Support Unit is located within Community Contact Command under Community Programs and Engagement.  

Our mission is to promote and maintain effective relationships between Queensland Police, multicultural and Indigenous communities based on open communication, mutual understanding, respect, tolerance and trust.  This is in line with tenets outlined in Police Service Administration Act 1990 S 2.46 (  pdf  798 kB ) and the Operational Procedures Manual S 1.77.
