A Security Organisation must keep a Security Organisation Register in the approved form and record information about its employees and its employees’ possession or use of weapons.
An individual who carries on business on their own account as a Security Guard must keep a register in the approved form (Security Guard’s Register) and record in the register information about the individual’s possession or use of weapons.
