If you need to cancel a scheduled movement – before or after receiving final confirmation from this office.
- You must contact this office via phone at the earliest opportunity.
- We also require written advice requesting the cancellation.
If you are cancelling a movement and planning a new date;
- You must submit the new application on a separate email.
- Do not include the application for the new date on the same email advising of the cancellation.
If you need to reschedule a movement, please contact this office by phone at the earliest opportunity.
Unfortunately we cannot always accommodate date/time changes, and you may need to cancel and reapply, again allowing the three (3) minimum business day requirement for single-day movements and five (5) minimum business day requirement for multi-day movements for the new date.
In the event of cancellation:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm - Please contact our office ASAP on 1300 077 020.
