Entering a unit or apartment number in your residential address:

Your unit number should be entered in the “Name/Lot on Plan” field. Complete your remaining address information in the relevant fields as required.

Business associates                                                     

An “associate” means a person, who is not the representative and:

(a) has a relevant financial interest in the business; and

(b) may be entitled to exercise a relevant power or hold a relevant position in the business or proposed business (e.g. treasurer).

The representative details are not required to be entered in this section. You will enter details of the business representative on the following screen.
