Online renewal reference (If required):

A unique online renewal reference number is located on the top right of your Form 6B Application to Renew Weapons Act Licence in your courtesy renewal pack.

A courtesy licence renewal pack is sent to licensees 3 months before the expiry date of their licence.

Weapon Licence Number and Expiry Date:

This information can be found on your Form 6B Application to Renew Weapons Act Licence or your Queensland Weapons Licence card.

You may only renew a licence that is due to expire.

If you have multiple Queensland Weapons Licences, ensure the correct licence is used for your licence renewal application i.e. the licence which you want to renew.

Name / Lot on Plan:

This information can be found on your rates notice if required.

Entering a unit or apartment number in your residential address:

Your unit number should be entered in the “Name/Lot on Plan” field. Complete your remaining address information in the relevant fields.
