Public Notifications

This page will contain a list of public notifications of eligible data breaches under s53(1)(c) of the Information Privacy Act 2009. A public notification is provided when it is not reasonably practicable to directly notify any or all of the individuals affected by an eligible data breach.

The QPS will publish Public Notifications for a period of at least 12 months in accordance with the IP Act.
