Below are the 2025 disclosures organised by month. Please refer to the reasons set out in the following legend, as to why certain information will not be publicly available under Section78B of the Right to Information Act 2009.
Section 78B(2) of the RTI Act requires an agency to remove any information (including an individual's name) from material intended for publication on the disclosure log that:
a. No documents were released, or personal information was removed which left pages blank.
b. Documents were not published due to privacy or confidentiality considerations.
c. Documents contain information which could be defamatory.
d. Documents were not published as the information is or allows to be ascertained;
- of a confidential nature communicated in confidence by a person other than the agency, or
- is protected from disclosure under a contract, or
- is prevented by law from publication
e. Publication of documents may cause substantial harm to an entity.
f. No documents exist.
g. The file size of the material – for example, CCTV footage – makes it impossible to publish online in the disclosure log. In this case you can contact us with the application reference number and details of the information requested.
