Trauma is common in people who have experienced sexual violence. Responses to trauma can vary between people and can look vastly different. It’s important to acknowledge that not all victim-survivors experience trauma – certain events are traumatic for some people and not for others.
However you are feeling, it’s important you are supported throughout the process. You can find more support information on our support services page.
