Cancelling or Rescheduling a Wide Load

If you need to cancel a scheduled movement – before or after receiving final confirmation from this office:

1. You must contact this office via phone at the earliest opportunity.
2. We also require written advice requesting the cancellation.

If you are cancelling a movement and planning a new date;

1. You must submit the new application on a separate email.
   • Do not include the application for the new date on the same email advising of the cancellation.

If you need to reschedule a movement, please contact this office by phone at the earliest opportunity.

Unfortunately we cannot always accommodate date/time changes, and you may need to cancel and reapply. The new application must allow the minimum notice of three (3) business days for single-day movements and five (5) business days for multi-day movements, based on the new date.
