This online form allows you to request an electronic copy of your original e-Ticket traffic infringement notice.
Only use this form to request a replacement e-Ticket that has been issued within Queensland, Australia.
Do not use this form for hand written or camera detected traffic infringement notices. Contact the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads on 13 23 80.
If you require a hard copy of the original traffic infringement notice, contact the issuing police station (if known) to request a replacement. Contact details for the issuing station can be found using the Police Station Locator tool. If the issuing station is not known, contact Policelink for this information.
What you need
- Identification e.g. Australian/Queensland Drivers Licence/18+ card, Passport
- A valid and current personal or business email address
- Date and approximately location where the traffic infringement notice was issued.
- Vehicle Registration, make, model, and colour
What to expect
You will receive an online reference number to confirm the form has been submitted.
Subject to operational requirements you will receive a Qld Police report number to the nominated personal or business email address within 48 hours.
