Only use this form to report juveniles/youth under 18 years who are breaching bail conditions or have a change in circumstances relating to their bail conditions within Queensland, Australia.

What you need

  • A valid and current personal email address or mobile phone number

What to expect

You will receive an online reference number to confirm the form has been submitted. This number should be retained for any follow up enquiries with police.

Subject to operational requirements, you will receive a Qld Police report number to the nominated personal or business email address within 60 minutes.

Report juvenile/youth breaching bail

Only use this form to report a breach of bail by a juvenile (under 18 years of age at the time of the breach) within Queensland, Australia. You must provide details of the address/location of where the breach occurred.

Is the person who breached bail under 18 years old?

Adult breaches of bail cannot be reported online at this time. To report an adult who is breaching bail, please contact Policelink on 131 444 or attend your local police station.

Report a change in circumstances (juvenile/youth bail)

Only use this form if you have indicated a willingness to support the juvenile/youth to meet their bail conditions and are wanting to report a change in circumstances which will prevent the juvenile/youth from being able to meet their bail conditions within Queensland, Australia.
