At the Queensland Police Service (QPS) we aim to provide candidates with frequent updates and information about the next steps in the recruitment process.
Feedback
All applicants can ask for feedback about their application, which may help for future applications. If you would like feedback on your application this can be coordinated with the chair of the selection panel. Feedback will be based on an assessment of your suitability to perform the requirements of the role.
Workplace Adjustments
Workplace adjustments are changes that support a person to:
- have an equitable employment experience throughout the employee’s lifecycle, including when they apply for a role and join an entity
- participate in all aspects of employment and the workplace
- undertake the role in an equitable, safe and productive way
The QPS is committed to making reasonable adjustments for current staff and potential applicants as required under our Reasonable Adjustment Policy, if you believe you may need some support and workplace adjustment from the Panel throughout the process, please reach out to discuss.
