Declaration and payment

Online payments:

The QPS does not retain any information contained in the payment section of your application. Payment from your card will not be processed until you have confirmed all details on the next screen.

Tips:

• MasterCard and VISA credit and debit cards are accepted.
• Ensure that you enter your card number without spaces, hyphens or other characters.
• The CCV is a security code. It is the last 3 digits on the back of your card.
