PTA business details

The application case reference number:

If you applied for your weapons licence online, the case reference number was provided on the confirmation screen, as well as in the confirmation email sent by Weapons Licensing (WL). You may only apply for a category of weapon, based on the categories requested in your application.

The Weapons Licence number:

The weapons licence number used to apply for your PTA must be a current Queensland Weapons Licence.  You may only apply for a category of weapon, based on the categories endorsed on your licence.

If you have multiple Queensland weapons licences ensure the correct licence is used when applying for a PTA (i.e. The licence on which the weapon is to be registered).

Name / Lot on Plan:

This information can be found on your rates notice if required.

Entering a unit or apartment number in your address:

Your unit number should be entered in the “Name/Lot on Plan” field. Complete your remaining address information in the relevant fields as required.
