A Person History is a record of all charges that have been preferred against a person by the Queensland Police Service, irrespective of the court outcomes.
It also contains Queensland cautions, community conferences and youth justice agreements under the Youth Justice Act 1992.
It does not contain charges from outside of Queensland.
A Person History is provided only to the person to whom it relates. A person wishing to apply for their Person History must make a payment through the QPS Legal BPOINT Payment Page and then send an email request to the Manager, Police Information Centre, providing:
- Full name (including any previous names)
- Date of birth
- Photo of sufficient identification (e.g. current driver licence, passport, or other photographic identity document)
