North Coast Region

The North Coast Region comprises three districts – Moreton, Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay Burnett – with a staffing model (as 1 November 2023) of 1,858 (including 1,637 police officers). 

Our officers operate in partnership with the community to ensure the policing response is agile and adaptable, and adequately targets the issues and crime trends affecting local communities. This includes the provision of front-line and specialist services to respond to community needs as well as the needs of the policing community. 

Geographically the North Coast Region stretches from Monto Division in the North, Eidsvold Division to the West, Dayboro Division in the South and Bribie Island Division to the East.
