Workforce Management and Wellbeing Division

The Workforce Management and Wellbeing Division (WMWD) is trusted advisor, enabling a capable, safe and healthy workforce by bringing together the Queensland Police Service's workforce management, human resources, employee relations, safety, and wellbeing functions.

The division is focused on simplifying workforce management and wellbeing services, enhancing governance, supporting early intervention, and delivering a contemporary people-centred approach to better support frontline policing and enhanced community safety outcomes.
