- Identification e.g. Australian/Queensland Drivers Licence/18+ card, Passport
- A valid and current personal or business email address
- The details of the CCIF company that contacted you
What to expect
You will receive an online reference number to confirm the form has been submitted.
Subject to operational requirements you will receive a reply to the nominated email address within 8 days.
The information provided using the online form will be forwarded to Police to assist in further investigations into Cold Calling Investment Fraud Contact Centres. Depending on the information provided, police may contact you for further information.
